I Believe in using my facilitation skills to help colleagues and students to work collaboratively. I work to refine instruction practices, apply experiential approach to education in a deep and relatable fashion. I always try to help students learn by imparting knowledge to them and by setting up a situation in which students can and will learn effectively. The major role of a teacher for me is to support learners in their quest for new knowledge on a specified set of subjects.
